Pay a £95 deposit to start your explainer video. You'll receive your SaaS script to approve before any further payments are due.
Onboarding & script
We can analyse your website, or you can fill in our fact-find to brief us on your product. Upload your branding and UI imagery - all from your dashboard. We'll then write your personalised script.
Design phase
Once your script is approved, an installment of £950 is due, and we'll design static frames for you to approve the look of your video.
Animation phase
A final installment of £950 is due, and we animate your video and add all the finishing touches.
Delivery
You can start sharing your brand new explainer video in as soon as four weeks. We include social versions with subtitles as standard.

What is Xplnr?
Xplnr is the home of beautiful, fixed-fee explainer videos for SaaS products. We keep things simple - everything you need is included. Our videos use our proven script model paired with bespoke design and animation to beautifully and concisely tell your audience exactly what you do.
What makes Xplnr different?
Our videos are created using the framework of our script model and design system. This means we can offer beautifully high-end design, which is fully customised and branded to your company, at a highly competitive price. Our streamlined process makes it a quick and easy experience, too.

What is included?
A glossy 3D explainer video with 8 scenes of bespoke script, design and animation, your choice of AI voiceover, your choice of music, access to the Xplnr portal and a dedicated project manager.
What optional upgrades are there?
Additional scenes can be added at £495 each. We can cast a human voiceover for your video for £250. A full sound design package is available for £495. One social format can be created for £495, or a complete package of social formats plus cut-downs can be created for £995.
What assets do you need from me?
We ideally require your logo, brand colours, brand font, and brand guidelines if available. We can select a font and/or colours for you if you prefer. We also need static images or screen recordings of the UI you would like to show in your video.
How do payments work?
Get started with a £95 deposit. We'll onboard you to the Xplnr dashboard where you can meet your project manager, upload your branding and assets, and complete a fact find. We'll then write your script. Once your script is approved an instalment of £950 is due to begin work on design, where we'll create static frames to show how your video will look. A final instalment of £950 is due before we start the animation phase.
Can I pause my project or get a refund?
Our customers love our work but for your peace of mind there is no obligation to continue past any payment milestone.
What is your Evergreen Discount?
We want to partner with you throughout the journey of your SaaS product. After completing your first explainer video, you'll benefit from a 20% lifetime discount on updating scenes, adding additional scenes, and for brand new videos. As your technology and features evolve, so will your explainer video.
