What is Xplnr?
Xplnr ("Explainer") is the home of beautiful, fixed-fee explainer videos for subscription-based businesses.
Why choose Xplnr?
Our proven explainer video script model, choice of custom or modular design system, and award-winning design team - delivers beautifully branded videos at scale and cost-effectively.
How does onboarding work?
It couldn't be quicker or easier. Simply use our onboarding tool and join our portal straight away. There you can upload your brand assets, review your script, talk to us and pay your invoice.
How do payments work?
You'll receive a script to approve before any payment is due, and with no obligation to continue. When you're ready to begin your video, you'll find an invoice for the product you select in the Xplnr portal. If you aren't sure which product is best for you, book a call or chat with us in the portal.
How long will it take?
Our guide turnaround times are 2-5 days for Lite, 5-10 days for Pro, and 2-4 weeks for Custom. Project timings will vary depending on feedback response time and the supply/complexity of assets. During busy periods there may be a short waitlist, as we take care with every project to ensure the quality you expect.
Can I pause my project or get a refund?
Our customers love our work but for your peace of mind we offer a full refund if you aren't happy with your video (you absolutely will be). Your project can be paused for 4 weeks, after which a restart fee will apply.
