What is Xplnr?
Xplnr ("Explainer") is the home of beautiful, fixed-fee explainer videos for subscription-based businesses.
Why choose Xplnr?
Our proven explainer video script model, and award-winning design team - delivers beautifully branded product videos at scale and cost-effectively. We've streamlined the very best ingredients of an explainer video into one, easy experience.
How does onboarding/project management work?
It couldn't be quicker or easier. Once you join our portal you can upload your brand assets, approve our work, and manage your payments and subscriptions.
How do payments work?
You'll receive a script to approve before any payment is due, and with no obligation to continue. When you're ready to begin your video, you'll find an invoice for the product you select in the Xplnr portal. Our monthly content subscription is billed in advance and you can cancel anytime.
How long will it take?
Our guide turnaround times are 10 days for most explainer videos, and 48-72 hours for our monthly content plan. Project timings will vary depending on feedback response time and the supply/complexity of assets. During busy periods there may be a short waitlist, as we take care with every project to ensure the quality you expect.
Can I pause my project or get a refund?
Our customers love our work but for your peace of mind we offer a full refund if you aren't happy with your video (you absolutely will be). Your project can be paused for 4 weeks, after which a restart fee will apply.
